· Willingness to learn and succeed in a sales environment
· Self-motivated, as well as financially-motivated
· Ability to work full-time. Normal business hours – no nights or weekends required
· Must hold an active producer license with no outstanding cease and desists
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Field inbound calls and make outbound calls to sell products to clients who directly inquired
· Providing customer service to current clients
· Schedule appointments and enter data into a CRM system
· Maintain professional demeanor and appearance in the workplace at all times, while keeping the company’s best interest at all times
Compensation and Benefits:
· We offer a competitive base wage, in addition to some of the highest uncapped commission structures including cash spiffs and bonus incentives. Unlimited income potential!
Average Income Earnings:
· $35,000 – $50,000 for first-year sales representatives. Even more potential as you build your customer base.
